1.) Must have no existing debt. 2.) Must have received no previous funding or investments. 3.) Must be related to one or more of the following sectors: Nanotechnology, Genetic Research, Space Exploration, Alternative Energies, Artificial Intelligence, Information Sciences, Computer Security.
